Main Goals

  • Identify the professional categories and their integration in qualification levels and respective salary levels of professionals in the graphic, visual communication and paper processing industries;
  • Design the updating of functional contents appropriate to the reality of the graphic, visual communication and paper-processing industries;
  • Compare the professional categories and characteristics of their functional contents provided for in arbitration decision no. 1/2008-CCT with the reality of the sector;
  • Identify good practices (careers and categories) in other realities (benchmarking).
